This class is designed to show you how moral virtue and a clear understanding of our society and government can make us more influential disciples of Christ. Ultimately, we want the world to know that it is “In God We Trust.” We are thrilled to announce that we have a team of highly qualified teachers who will be speaking on their area of expertise. Below is the topic schedule and a brief bio for each teacher.

• Building Community: For all students entering 6th-12th grades
(Faith House) Teacher: Ross Garrett
The Christian life is not meant to be a solo act. Christ does not call us to be Lone Rangers, but rather an interdependent Body. Unfortunately, in today’s youth culture it is in vogue to tear down each other as a means of promoting oneself rather than building each other up. This class will examine the significant “one another” commands from the New Testament. Through these teachings, we will learn to build a truly unified community of believers. The Body of Christ can’t be all that it should be unless we mature in our interpersonal relationships as the Bible commands. We will learn not to tear down others, not to simply tolerate others—we will learn to build each other up!
